We were so pleased to be able to assist Marilyn Murphy in the sale of her home. The housing market was slow but activity on her property was good and we were able to complete step one for her move to California. What a delight to help Daniel, Megan, Jack & Liam Tracy on their move to Phoenix. Found a great home for them in one day, got all of the straws and toys out of the plumbing lines, and they are now busy making it their own. We know it will be fabulous when they are done! Four years ago Ashley & Joe Orme arrived (without children) to start his residency. Joe is done with residency, they have 4 beautiful children and a home to call their own! It is amazing how life can change in four short years! So glad you found your new home in Gilbert, AZ and that you will be staying in the Valley of the Sun.
