We now have access to an agent-only website that will provide an estimated value based on CURRENT (updated every 3-4 days) activity in the market area. Unlike newspapers and other websites that use data up to 4-6 months old, this data is NOW. We can search for all history on a property, the 12-month change in value, and the average sale price!
