Our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Michelle Jeffries for the successful closing on her new home … in spite of appraiser! After a previous home sale in 2010, a great rental for two years, and an on-going home search, she and Tom finally found the perfect contemporary Zen home with all of the finishes they love.
